CA Himanshu studied from St Xaviers Chandigarh, Graduated in Bachelors of Commerce from DAV College, Chandigarh and then pursued and completed Chartered Accountancy in the year 2014.

He has conducted audits in medium to large size companies, banks, and has 5 years of experience in auditing and has a vast knowledge in Tax, Statutory, and Internal audit. He was heading Finance and Accounts Division in a prominent IT company for 5 years and has in depth knowledge of compliances applicable to Software / IT and Service companies. More importantly it helped him to understand the dynamics of Information Technology Industry which always helped him to provide advice from both compliance and business perspective.
